A 7-item scale that measures your general Anxiety level.  All items are answered using a 4-point Likert scale format .

Instructions-

  1. Please answer the following questions honesty to get accurate score of you stress level.
  2. Over the last two weeks, how often have you been bothered by the following problems?
Feeling nervous, anxious, or on edge.

Not being able to stop or control worrying.

Worrying too much about different things.

Trouble relaxing.

Being so restless, that it is hard to still.

Becoming easily annoyed or irritable.

Feeling afraid, as if something awful might happen.
